Hopefully someone with a 2013 on order will chime in, but I'd imagine the site will be updated within the next week or two. There's often not much rhyme or reason to their site changes, so I think it's just a waiting game. The info Jason posted with the 2013 info should be correct. There's a chance that BMW will deviate from this, but I think it's unlikely since his info is official from BMW and not just speculation.

I agree with Southern,
I am waiting as well for the official update. My guess is they will hold off till later in the month as the 2013 build starts soon. BMW wants to move the remaining '12's before announcing the improved version. |

I ordered a 2013 650i Coupe back on June 9th, and according to the online tool the car is due to be completed either today to tomorrow. It was in the body shop last I checked. The 2013s are in full production now. The biggest changes being the exec (ZEC) pack and the updated 445hp engine.

I don't know why BMW doesn't promote the phone system as much as MyBMW. I memorized all of the numbers and extensions so I could check the status in < 25 seconds - it adds up when you check 15 to 20 times a day.

A. It was my first Bimmer, so the excitement was pretty high.
B. I live with my iPhone permanently affixed to my right hand, so checking was essentially muscle memory. I wouldn't have checked as often if I had to pull out my laptop and log into MyBMW. Laziness beats out obsessiveness in this case C. I need to get a life

Thanks for the kind comments. It's good to know that others are looking at it and I'm not just posting into the inter-web abyss
Hopefully it won't take your car too long to get from the port to the dealer, but I have heard some scary stories. I'd think end of July would be the latest at this point, but I'm no expert... or that experienced, so, grain of salt lol

Oh, as for xDrive, I obviously don't need it for our icy roads and bitter winters with lows in the 80s lol, but we do have horrible rain - typically ranks in top 3 rainiest cities in the US - and I like the extra protection of the electronic nanny looking out for me when I get a little over zealous with the throttle. I find the handling with xDrive to be superb in the corners, xDrive still utilizes hydraulic steering so you get great feedback, and the 0-60 time is 0.2 seconds faster than RWD, so my Y chromosome and ripe 'ol age of 23 deemed 0.2 seconds to be a good idea.
Ok, the above is 1/2 truthful and 1/2 in jest. It really came down to this: This is my first car with beastly power, so I'd rather keep it going where I want it to go rather than give it the chance to kick my a$$. A pristine car and insurance record are a lot more important than the tiny increase in fun to be had between RWD and the 40:60 (front:rear) power distribution. I'm never going to drive this car on a track, so drifting around corners and burning through tires aren't important for this car - and that's what the Performance Center and their fleet of M6s is for

That's all they're offering? I don't remember the numbers off the top of my head, but I got closer to $9k. It was in mid-November, but I can't believe that they aren't doing more on the 2012s at the very least. I'd think it would be hard to give them away at this point. I don't think $3k is much of an incentive on a $100k car to take a less powerful car with fewer options off the lot... But that's just me.

I'm still waiting to see what the factory incentives are for 2013, but I'm at about $8,000 off of sticker at this point (MSRP is about $110,000) on my 2013 order.

Yeah I was surprised too, but they had several people buying 2013s that day and that is all they were giving off. I should have held out I guess, but it is what it is now.

They were giving 6-7K off the 2012s, the 3K was on the 2013s. Dallas seems to be a huge market for Mercedes and BMW, they're like everywhere. More than when I lived in Chicago. M |

I was referring to the difference in discount ($6k v. $3k). Nevertheless, I think they're going to have to either find some very clueless customers who will be oblivious to the changes or drop below invoice to get rid of them. The fact that I skipped the B&O is hard to live with, so missing out on the 2013 perks would eat me alive.
Markets do seem to make a big difference. I test drove an M3 and X6 50i in Houston before I decided to go for the 6er. When I got around to actually negotiating I called the CA I had worked with previously. The initial quote they gave me was about $2500 to $3000 more than my local dealer, so negotiations with Houston stopped there as the Mobile dealership was offering a respectable quote but felt like it was worth a shot and owed that CA a chance after showing me the other two cars in the past. Not sure what kind of dealer incentives BMW was offering, but a 6er sale in Mobile probably means a lot more to the Mobile dealer than it does to those in Houston, Dallas, and the like.
