Hey guys, I know I posted this awhile back, but I'm still trying to get into something with four doors.

2012 650i X drive-

12,000 Miles a year - 36 Months
Lease started 7/1/2012
Currently 7,300 miles
Residual is $68,156
Total monthly payment = $889.14 (I paid tax upfront)

I'm looking to get the MSDs back ($3600) and $3000 for a portion of the cap reduction. $6600 out of pocket, of which $3600 you would get back at the end of the lease. There's no way you can lease a fully loaded 650xi for this monthly payment. PM me for more info/pics. Thank you

Great start to the morning, the guy taking over my lease backed out. I had it ready for delivery this Wednesday. BMWFS was able to stop the transfer, so it' now back on the market.

Someone from the forum? After all credit check and everything he backed out? what made him change his mind?

He was from swapalease. He was approved and paid the $500 fee (which $400 was returned to him). He said his wife had a change of heart. BS, he should have talked it through before I overnighted my signed papers.
