It should fit as this only replaces the mufflers. Besides both carry the same part no. in their catalogue.

Be aware with this seller. I had to open a dispute w paypal.. I sent his paypal account the money. He never sent the item. Kept telling me that he was shipping the mufflers and never did so...

Interesting. I have seen this car (white M5 with exhaust (not this exhaust) recently in the Katy area and at a few Houston cruise events.

I purchased the mufflers from the buyer. I gave him or her ample time. I tried calling on phone and they would not speak to me on the phone. Reluctant. Never once. Or just refused and days went by. I sell something I place it in a box rap it up. Take it to the post office and off it goes. The sellr kept making excuses. Then sent me pics that I found on the M5board of an eissenmann exhaust that was sold in 2009 or later don't recall. But what I do recall was the same pics. Anyway I have my money back from paypal and found another forum guy which I check out on here and is a legit forum member. Maybe someone else will have more luck w this seller. Lots if luck, ur gonna need it. He might also sell u a Breitling Chronomat w yellow dial...
