... the dealer near my house has a "red tag" special. They're offering it at $103,000 vs. the sticker of $115,395. It's at BMW of Bridgewater if anyone's interested.

I think the latter. It is a reletively small dealership compared to the others that are close by. Also, it only opened a year or two ago, so probably not as well known. I think they've had this car in inventory for a while and are looking to move it in advance of the 2014s coming in.
