Not sure if its a good deal... Your advice?

Once again, looking for m6... Been a huge fan for a while... I just dont have decent alternatives for this price

I want coupe
I want it spacious
I want power
I want nice look
I want to love it for at least 2 years
I dont want Mercedes or Audi
I think 911 is too small for daily driver
I love BMW even tho my last car had decent amount of problems

If anyone has suggestions, let me hear them. Even if its SUV or sedan.

Deal I have on the plate:

2015 M6 pre facelift. Full option MSRP 133k
5k down, 1.6k a month, 36 month, 10k miles / year.

What do you guys think?

I am not an expert on lease deals, I just see what different dealers / brands offer and try to go with emotions / price.

Would love to get your help on it... Thinking about it all the time, just not sure if its a right pricing

I don't know about leases in Canada, but if they are the same as the US, then that is a terrible deal.

You should be getting at least $20K off on the 2015's. That same car could easily be $12-- a month with 0 down.

Dealer gave me this quote with 10k off the car. Thats what makes me think a lot, car is 2015, when 2016 are easily available at a better rate. However, personally I like 2015 headlights more, thats why I am looking at it.

Does the payment include tax?

His numbers are right, he is giving you $10k off with a 56% residual and what seems to be a .00130 money factor.

The issue is that he is only giving you $10k off, and $4k of that is coming from a bmw incentive anyways. We have seen people get above $20k off on new 2015's with the incentive included, I would aim for something around that.

With $20k off, $0 down, and full Oklahoma sales tax included, you should be at a payment in the $1400's.

Thats something around I am aiming for. Looking for some other 2015 cars as well. Hope I can find a good combo.
When I ask why only 10k off, they say its best they can do on this specific car since its full option. But I say its a 2015. In 2 month it will be worth 110k

Just for your record, I got my 2013 M6 in September 2013 with 20k off MSRP!

If you want to get huge discount, you need to do some homework...
One hint: Find the car has been produced more than 9 months and is sitting in lot for more than 6 months
You can check the production date by using the VIN# here : www.bmwvin.com

Oh wow! Thanks for the message, and a sad part is I found out the car was made........... 05/2014..... how is it even 2015? Lets assume it was 3 months to make it. 08/2014 we assume it was done. 12 month old. Probably sitting on the dealer lot since 9/14. and they only discount 10k?

How much off should I ask for? I mean I really like the car and would still get it even its 12+ month old, but only if I get a really legit deal!

Thoughts?

Not sure why a car built on 5/2014 is called 2015 but if the production date is 5/14 means the car has been out of factory since 5/2014 or basically she is 16 months old.
If I were you I would either walk or give them a decent offer... 110k

Production for 2015 started March or April of 2014. So it makes sense for it to be a 2015

with 0.0013 MF, 110k sales price and 0.55 residual you have to target $1265 monthly excluding tax, drive off and other fees...

Oh yeah, I read it as Edmonton.

That deal isn't a good deal.
