Go to TireRack and look at the link for Dunlop. It can be repaired if nail/screw is not in the outer or inner most tread block. Must dismount the tire and put a 'mushroom' type plug with stem pulled trough the hole inserted from the inside of the tire. Some tire repair shops are afraid that you may have run the tire with no air for many miles and won't touch a repair. Keep air in it
