Exclamation Help! Brake pads annoying noise

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone encounters the problem i always face. Every now and then i have a problem with my brake pads, it keeps squeaking . Took it for maintenance a few days later the sound comes back.

If anyone could give advice to resolve this issue i would be grateful.

Check out the Carbotech brake pads. They come painted red by default so if you want them black (or another color) make sure you specify when ordering.

This happens to all of us. I find most cars with big perforated rotors have this issue. It's from brake dust build up that makes it's way between the pad and rotor. Happens with mine almost every time it's washed. To make it go away, I find an empty road and I just take the car to around 60 mph and then slam on the brakes. This will immediately break up any buildup and buy me a few days of noise free breaking. When the problem shows up again, and it always does, just rinse and repeat.
