Conventional tires; Aftermarket TPMS sensors

I see a number of folks are changing run-flat tires to conventional tires. Anyone have any problems with handling changing adversely? How about traction and stability control, or adaptive drive system? Any trouble with non-BMW branded TPMS sensors? Especially going to larger diameter wheels/tires.
