Error "cannot be stored"

Often when I am backing up the main screen turns slightly bit dimmer (instead of showing the backup image clearly) and I get an error message on the screen something to the effect " cannot be stored" Am I the only one experiencing this bug? It happens only once in a while and could never get my phone ready to take a picture of the error message. Of course dealer was no help

I have the same on my 2013. No idea but it goes away and doesn't seem to affect the functionality. I was going to ask when I go in for service in a few months.
