Good job Winnipeg Jets , thrasville is officially out

I think it would be first ever to see a fresh team to win the cup as well. Winnipeg Jets have done great job this season but I wouldn't be surprised to see Las Vegas to send them out of the competition at all
Fleury's performance to be vital for them

Icing - in the first game they had pulled Fleury, then iced the puck. How does Fleury come back out onto the ice?

That's a really good question. Without looking it up, I feel like he shouldn't be able to get back on the ice - unless one of the Vegas players was injured.

After looking it up (Reddit):

"Technically, it's because rule 81.4 says you can.

Line Change on Icing - A team that is in violation of this rule shall not be permitted to make any player substitutions prior to the ensuing face-off. Should the offending team elect to utilize their team time-out at this stoppage of play, they are still not permitted to make any player substitutions. However, a team shall be permitted to make a player substitution to replace a goalkeeper who had been substituted for an extra attacker, to replace an injured player, or when a penalty has been assessed which affects the on-ice strength of either team. The determination of players on ice will be made when the puck leaves the offending player’s stick."

TB-WSH now a series. WSH fans thinking it'll end in 5 (for them), TB thinking it'll end in 6 (for them).

Whoever wins tonight wins the series, IMO. Squash the TB momentum or get the Caps choking narrative out of the closet (hasn't been in there long though!).

And Flowers was playing out of his mind last night.

Caps played the better game. Only lost bc of their own mistakes. Kempny's horrible turnover and Lars "I either score big goals or take big penalties" Eller.

Caps will probably lose the series - but that's what everyone expected before the series began.

I really like watching the Jets play, they are fast! Didn't get to see them that often during the regular season but i like their style.
