I skipped through the thread and found https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...m/51128050516/ to be part you are asking about.

It has been couple years since I did this mod, but I *believe* this is interchangeable with

bmw 51127223162 - lower deflector (small piece)

My F06 640i is using an Individual trim bumper. Anyone knows if there is a rear exhaust diffuser/valence to accommodate quad exhaust tips and can be fitted to an Individual bumper?

Or the only way is to change to an M-sport bumper?

So the mod is very simple... if you have MSport bumper then all you need is:

- m6 diffuser of your liking, yes eBay is most likely your best bet. Or on the forum
- m6 mufflers they are plug and play
- tips of your liking, again eBay is the go to. I got mine from Alibaba. There's a complete write on here somewhere with the link to the tips if you are looking for that style

My 6 has M6 comp mufflers which I found locally on Craigslist, opened the valves, and got the tips you see. There are tons of m5 or m6 mufflers for sale on the forum you can use either or.

This is how it turned out!
Hello bro! So, you're saying that the rear bumper of a 640i with the M Sport package can perfectly fit with an M6-style rear diffuser, right?

Additionally, I'd like to know if replacing just the muffler requires cutting the original exhaust pipe, or can it simply be replaced by unscrewing a few bolts?

I am currently considering upgrading to a sportier muffler with quad exhausts, and I want to make sure the M6-style rear diffuser will perfectly fit my rear bumper before purchasing both items together.
