Comfort access door handle - repairable?

My E63 passenger side comfort access door handle is broken off (it was hit by a baseball bat). Its only the part that one pulls to open the door that is broken, is it possible to use any regular pull handle to replace it, or is the unit a single piece from the factory?

i believe that it has a sensor in it, so probably a new one, you can also buy them pre painted from the factory for a small fee
