Parking Guide Lines Rear Camera

I used to have these parking guide lines which make parking a doddle. Recently they disappeared. I've tried everything. I've checked all the tick boxes. I've had my 'expert' friend have a go. Even a local mechanic expert. But still no lines. I really miss them. Anybody help?? BMW620 Gran Coupe.

It's bloody ginormous, covers the view of the center speaker popping up. It's the latest android. I got fed up with the stock screen spazzing out, and decided on the upgrade, after visiting a buddy in Asia. They're readily available online, and the installation was pretty straight forward, no cutting or splicing. The UI allows jogging back and forth between OEM and latest OEM interface. NBT is straight swap, CIC is a bit more complex because of the iDrive system. I installed purely for the aesthetics, slight glare with top down.
