Arrow ► Eisenmann Exhaust Setup

do the valves only come on the sport model or race as well?

i plan on matching the exhaust with the eisenmann centerpipes and would want to retain the valve functionality.

i am thinking the race plus center pipe will be too loud all the time but the sport exhaust valve open and center pipe combo should still sound amazing.

anyone personally run either or setup? thoughts?

I have the race exhaust with non resonated center pipes and it's definitely pretty loud. I believe the valves were only available on the sport exhaust. I heard that if you buy the race exhaust new from eisenmann you can have them install valves on it as a factory option, but I have never seen one before. I am planning on installing downpipes down the road and will probably have an exhaust shop weld in a set of electronic valves that hook up to the garage opener buttons.

I have race and there are no valves, and to my knowledge it was not available for it either.

off the shelf, no valves on race, but someone reported that the E-race can be ordered from factory with valves installed.

You guys are all nuts. Eisenmann Race is on a different level of crazy.

I have a Akra and I was driving with kong24680 behind me with his Race with stock cats and I can hear his car.....behind me, over my own exhaust.

I don't know how you deal with the noise on 100% of the time daily

I agree with Flying Ace on this one . I had Eisenmann Race and sold it and switch to Sport. Race was just too loud for me plus...the whole neighborhood was shaking when i was starting the car in the morning

Is it true that the Eisenmann Sport can be ordered with valves, but the Eisenmann Race cannot?

I spoke with IND, and they told me that neither the Sport or the Race can be ordered with valves.

I am considering the E-Race for my Alpina B6 GC, if I can get valves for it....either through Eisenmann or have a muffler shop install them.

Is the E-Race crazy loud if you have stock downpipes, and stock center resonators?

I have the E-Race on my E60 M5, and it's quite loud, but not ridiculous.

Contact Eisenmann directly, IND has no idea what they are talking about and are just trying to sell you what they have on the shelf most likely. I have an Eisenmann Sport with valves shipped direct from Germany. Someone here said they contacted Eisenmann and they can build you a race with valves but it costs more, probably looking around the $4-4500USD mark.

Thanks SoCal!

Do you have a video with your exhaust setup? You have the E-Sport with valves, plus resonator delete (custom straight pipes) and catless DPs? I've seen some of your threads, but I don't believe I've seen a video with your final setup.

I will certainly contact Eisenmann directly about the valves, but I am disappointed that IND, being Eisenmann's main US distributor, claims that valves cannot be ordered with either of the Eisenmann setups. Ughh!
