Is this a good deal?

My local dealer GM (we are friends) made me an offer he said I couldn't refuse. A 2013 White/Black M6 Vert with Executive Package, 20" wheels, and B & O stereo for $99K.

I looked at the sticker MSRP, it was $126K. It has 436 miles on it and has never been registered, so the BMW warranty has not been activated.

What do you think?

I will be financing it unless they can make me a great deal with the MF and MSD's lowering my payment.

Haha... you introduced yourself a good negotiator in other forum
Anyways, yes 27k off MSRP is a good deal if you lease it with 0.0013 MF and 54% residual for 10k/year (that I doubt since they offer these numbers for 2014 models) and it's not a good deal if you want to buy the car since it is 1.5 years old unless you want to keep the car for years. with that said if you want to buy this car and sell it in 1.5 years, you will lose about 40k. If you are interested in M6 convertible, you can find 2014 model with 20K off MSRP. Dealers will be more than happy to deal with you and get rid of cars have been sitting in their lot for about year... and you cannot find such a good deal for new models

I did better on my M4 negotiations because of the ED component familiarity and I was also able to find wholesale price sheets.

I couldn't find any 2013 M6 wholesale price sheets to start the negotiations with. So if you want to be a troll that's fine, that way I'll know how to respond to you. Thanks for the info on the lease. I'll look into it.

I think you are misreading his comments. He is one of the more helpful members here, I don't think he isn't trying to troll you. Perhaps the smileys are throwing you off, but I think he is trying to help you out. Anyways, as he stated, you can probably get a similar deal on a 2014. So I would either try to get him to come down even more on the '13 or search for a '14 with similar discounts.

No I think I know how to interpret his first sentence as being a smart ass. It's all good, I've been known to be one also. That's how it's so easy to recognize.

Twitch thanks for compliment and I really didn't want to troll or whatever he said... the problem with these guys in M3/M4 forum is that nobody can say anything against what the love!!! I mean they don't want to hear any opinion against their cars. the other day an M5 member started a thread about his experience with test driving M3. he had some points but not "all positive" he also mentioned that he bought a new M3 for his wife for 89K. then this guy showed up and called that guy shitty negotiator!!!!! where in the world you can find any new launch car that most of dealers put mark up on it and you can negotiate on it? come on.... here in Irvine all dealers put 10K mark up on any M3/M4 they have!!! they don'e even let people test drive the car!!!!anyways, I'm really disappointed with that forum and people there....
Mr. GBPackerfan1963, I always try to help people not only in this website but also in my real life and I think you are the same guy since your job is to help people.... i'm done with this conversation and I'm not young enough to waste my time for something like this here... maybe 20-30 years ago I could... back on topic, I was in Crevier BMW the other day and I checked their website right now for you!!! they have 2 M6 Convertible (2014) with 20K off MSRP... you can negotiate with them and I know you can find a good deal of lease..... Goodluck!

Dude, no disrespect, but when you came into the thread and made snide remarks about my negotiations, I took offense. If you didn't intend it to sound like that, I apologize. There unfortunately is no sarcasm font.

I am new to the M3/M4 world coming from an E39 M5, so I am not one of those "guys" you speak of. I also get on those folks about some of their rants about superfluous BS.

As I stated, I appreciated your input on the deal. It was a deal that my better half was considering as she also tries to one up me concerning our BMW's.

+1 That would be an interesting conversation at the dinner table. But then again, if she gets a bad deal, by association, so does he.
