diff/tranny service

Hi, anyone get these services done? Any one tackle them by yourself? Would love to see a writeup on these.

I'm planning on getting mine done at 50k. Oh, and plugs!

I'm also interested in the diff and trans flush, plugs I wouldn't do myself. I haven't been able to find any how to's.
