Where's the wheel key?

I bought a CPO car from the dealership. Wheels have locks on them. I can't find the key. Generally where is it in the trunk?

On the X5 it's under the trunk floor with the tools, on the E9x it's on the side box also with the tools.

I got a tool bag, but no key...

The obvious: Did you ask the dealer?

Mine is located in the tool bag.
Maybe they didn't include it or it's missing?

+1, I bought mine from a dealer as well and there were two in the tool bag.

Found it...I must be blind. It was in the foam holder.
