Trunk of my 2014 m6 coupe won't open

Can someone tell me how to open it?

Tried holding down the trunk button on both fobs no luck

Also tried the button by the hood release on the drivers seats area. That doesn't work either. Two days ago it worked just fine. Am I missing something here guys? Help me please!!! Thanks!
