Carbon Fiber Side Mirror Caps

Ive been looking for a set of carbon fiber mirror caps to go along with the carbon room on my Alpine white GranCoupe and have gathered that the OEM ones are the way to go...BUT I also have heard some great things bow RW carbon products and have heard they are a solid company through and through and see they make carbon mirror caps

Does anyone have any experience with this product in particular? Please give me your feedback. Thanks in advance!!

I can say the bmw factory ones are decent but be very careful when applying. The tabs break very easily. Rw carbon is great and I would get them over the bmw ones just because of cost. The bmw Performance pieces are not worth the $800 I’ve seen them sell for. Just make sure whatever you buy are the replacement pieces and not just covers.

Here's a pic of my OEM CF mirror caps. Looks good but I don't think it's worth $800 or whatever BMW charges. I got mine for free from the dealer after settling some issues...

I would just go with RW or ebay if I were you. Unless you really want OEM...

I have the RW side mirrors and rear diffuser. They do NOT fit like OEM. I even paid to have them install it for me. I am ok with the fitment, but I expected better.

Who did you have install the mirrors? Any pics of the fitment of the RW mirrors?

Are the OEM mirror caps a 2x2 pattern? Looks like it from the picture. I would have hoped they matched the roof in 1x1

All the RW Carbon is 2x2 as well. M3ntal in the UK does the kits in 1x1 but don't think they have mirror caps yet. Anyone know of a company that does?
