Sorry to hear that man.... I think you posted somewhere it's 640! Am I mistaken? Current 6 er is the most beautiful BMW ever made (IMO) and people instead of appreciate this beauty key it
It's regrettable, shame...

Beautiful cars used to be lauded by passers-by, now it seems like they are reviled. It's a weird world these days.... Occupy WS and fanatical environmentalists types, even people lacking general ambition, do not greet your nice car with respect, they approach it with envy, hate, and opposition.

Thanks man we are getting rid of that car so we will probably just trade it in "as is".

Someone keyed my car recently at a Home Depot parking lot. I had a bad feeling when I parked there because I saw two people looking at my car. I should have gotten out of there.

I have a beater that I typically take for shopping, but I wasn't driving it that day. Bad mistake. By the way, my beater just got dinged at a Whole Foods parking lot.

My experience is that if you drive a nice car that stands out, it will get vandalized sooner or later - keyed, punched, kicked, etc. It's just a matter of time before you get unlucky and the wrong person encounters your parked car. It's one of the reasons I hate spending big bucks on cars, although I end up doing it anyway...

That really pisses me off, just got M5 07 plate and not even had it a month and some fuck1ng arse decided to key it all the way from fender to the rear door and it was a deep cut, I hate the fact that people have to do this, what do they gain? Especially on our beautiful cars, hope these people are happy in their sad lives. Sorry about the car though man, not much you can do now, just pay it off, stick the car in M and try to put a smile on

We come out of the restaurant to find that some jackass key my m6. I just don't really understand why someone would do such a thing. What the hell did they get out of it? Enjoyment? Jealousy? What the hell?

I only got one estimate so far but it looks like I am going to shell out around $1,100 to have it fixed.

I hope whoever did gets an uncontrollable everlasting case of the herp!
Vile pondlife who thankfully will get no where in life unlike yourself who obviously has. I take it there was no CCTV operating in the area that may of caught or shown someone that may have done it. In the UK it's heavily populated with cameras everywhere because of the sad state of idiots doing this sort of thing.

Had to go meet a client in downtown Seattle last night. Was in a area full of drunk college kids and a lot of traffic when a group of drunk kids were walking by my car and they kicked it. Majority of the time I get compliments from people, and never had any issues with parking anywhere, but I don't understand kicking someones car just because. Luckily nothing happened.

Boy... One of these days these little jackwagons are going to get hurt!

I just got my m6 back from the body shop and thankfully the blending matches perfect. I was so worried I was going to be unhappy with the color match.

I took the Wife and kid out to dinner last night and I couldn't help think "damn I hope my car doesn't get keyed" when I parked it. It's sad when that is what you think when you park your car nowadays.

My thought every time I have to park in a packed lot is "I hope who ever parks or is parked next to me has some respect for others property". I've had to pull 3 dents from my doors in about 9 months of owning the car. Wherever there's valet I always use it, and pay extra to park the car myself in the front and keep the key. My wife hates it and thinks it's a waste of money, but she also knows how I get when people damage my property so she puts up with it.

In the States they're not so into CCTVs and cameras like England. In lots of ways that has its advantages but, sadly, not in cases like this.

Yea people are just a bunch of haters. My tire was slashed at a hotel for no reason at all. Clean cuts right in the sidewall. I was fortunate enough that some good Samaritan left a note on my windshield about it before I got up and drove on a flat!

No CCTV, no witnesses. The police just shrugged their shoulders and gave me their card.

Hope those assholes that keyed your car get their heads busted in.
