We have a Gran Coupe lined up but would like to do further testing on a standard M6 if anyone is local and available.

Been reading the good words about these systems from the Porsche guys over on rennlist. The sound from the blue M5 F10 on your facebook is exactly what I am looking for. Can't wait for this to become available.

As I just got my M6 last weekend I think this exhaust may be the first upgrade I go with!

Just curious but why are these so expensive? They are a section of 3 inch bent tubing, and tips and clamps.... just seems expensive, but I must be missing something? Please I am just curious.

Thank you for your honest question. We understand at first glance how they seem like a good chunk of change and the short answer is the actual cost to design, source, and build the system multiple times and have it fit every time. Compared to Turner and Fabspeed we are still the cheapest option and we're incorporating resonators.

A few key points:
  • Full stainless steel construction including the hand bent hanger rods.
  • Set up fees and actual cost of laser cut and press brake bent brackets
  • W4 stainless Mikalor clamps and Torca clamps
  • High quality race resonators with steel packing that won't blow out over time
  • We finish the tips by hand - so if you want some customization we can do it.
  • Thick gauge aluminum fixtures to ensure perfect fitment every time – which is very important as this involves cutting your factory exhaust.
  • We put the profit towards developing new BMW applications
  • It takes several hours to build each exhaust from all the individual components
  • Bimmerpost members get a discount

You're most welcome! We'd love that!

If anyone has a factory rear exhaust laying around, we'd be interested in paying for shipping both ways to do some test fitting.

Sorry for the delay. McLaren / 911 Turbo development has been a full time endeavor to try and meet deadlines we have with the cars. We're just about wrapped up with those projects and look forward to working on M6 within the next 30 days!
