2013 m6 conv staying in 2nd gear stop and go
I just picked up a 2013 m6 convertible, once the car warms up and I drive in stop and go traffic...I noticed it stays in 2nd gear. Is this normal, I've searched the forum and seems normal. But every time I do start from a light I get a minor push. Just want to make sure before car is out of warranty. Thanks

It does it in Driver shift mode 1 which is the most efficient and slowest.. I always drive in setting 2 when in automatic, it rarely starts in 2nd.. goto setting 3 and it shouldnt at all, but 2 seems to work the best

It won't do it if you've been driving aggressive, learns your habits, and moods, I suppose you'd say for the short term.
