Can I retrofit Akrapovic Exhaust from M5 to M6?!

I have an M5 and an M6 convertible coming and I have Akrapovic on my M5 and I can't seem to be able to part with it for Comp package Exhaust in the M6 convertible ?!

Ideas ?!

Soooma I doubt anyone can help you here. As far as I know M5 is about 0.5" longer than M6 and has 4" longer wheelbase beside the longer nose of M6 so exhaust on M5 must be significantly longer than M6; however I'm sure they can modify it to be fit on your incoming M6...
Congrats on M6 BTW.
I was thinking about switching back to M6 since KING is not even close to her but then decided to wait for M8 maybe next year!

Well IMO , CP has great exhaust note by itself. No need to change just keep the valves open

2022 BMW M5 CS  [0.00]
M5 and M6 coupe/cab akra exhaust aren't interchangeable unless you modify it. Centerpipes are angled differently and M6 tips are angled differently than M5. I have both M5 and M6 and had to modify the aftermarket M6 mufflers to fit to my M5.

Every Exhaust with open valve sounds better... this is the golden rule

Got this reply back from a major distributor of Akrapovic when I asked if the same could be done.

"Good morning David,

Many thanks for your enquiry. We are the UK Agents for Akrapovic automotive exhaust systems.

Unfortunately the F10 M5 system will not fit the F13 M6 as it uses several different components to ensure a perfect fit.

Kind Regards,
Jonny Close"

Rear sections will work, but the full exhaust is not the same as they are two different models of cars.
