Wet seatbelt

I noticed after a couple hard rains that my car has developed a leak that makes my driver's side seat belt end up extremely damp and stinky.

I then noticed water stains along the headliner on the B pillar right above where the seatbelt comes out from the trim. I'm assuming water is coming in from the sunroof somehow, but I couldn't see any issues with the gasket around where water is coming in.

Any ideas on what might be causing this? I've read that drain plugs in the floor board getting stopped up can make the carpet soak, but I've not noticed any issues with wet carpet or seen any water stains there. Maybe there's a drain passageway for the sun roof that needs to be cleared out? It was difficult to see if that was the case from popping that sunroof up.

I will guess you have a Gran Coupe. Yes, there are sunroof drains. Since I have a convertible, I don't worry about sunroof drains, but there are lots of posts about them. Best to just search the forum for the term "sunroof drain."
