Problem with G-power Bi-tronik Piggyback

Hello,

This problem has happened to my friend's car and he wanted me to ask this question from you guys.

650 gran coupe 2013 with N63TU

Piggyback: G-power Bi-tronik 5 V1

Exhaust system: capristo

After he installed the kit, he started to feel rattling occasionally in idle mode. even he uses rather good grade fuel combined with Q16 and octane booster he still has the problem and engine rips sometimes in idle mode so he decided to uninstall the kit!

G-power technical support never figured out what is wrong with his thing and actually they were reluctant to help him for unknown reasons! (bad customer service I guess).

Tell him to take a sledge hammer to it and mail the remains to G power with a note saying, thank you for introducing me to Burger Tuning (BMS) ;-)
