You have some amazing cars:750Li, M3, and an R8. I don't think I'd ever do anything but drive. Awesome collection!

I'd love to see some pics of that R8 V10

When I see dye transfer on the seat I just use this and it is back to normal.

The piano black on the 7 is a POS though, scratches very easily sort of like the first gen iPod

If we end up getting the 6GC I want to try the opal white which is even whiter than the platinum almost has no yellow tint in the leather,

Piano finish looks great when it's new, but like you said it scratches very easily, I had bad experience and don't wanna ever go there again.

I like the white in M6, but even with that cleaner, I'm still very concerned, and also the part where you put your arm during the summer with window down is a serious pain over time with oil and grease.

well choice and choice, a lot to think about when ordering the colour, have to think what looks good, also what still looks good when it's a bit older

thanks for the tips, i'll give that cleaner a try...

On the 7 in my next detail, I will probably polish the piano trim and see if that fixes some of the scratch. In the sun it is pretty bad.

I found the MB's designo trims to be more resilient than BMW's .

Just try the cleaner and see how much stuff it lifts out, there is another more intensive once a year cleaner that you can use in the summer to restore the seat back to the original condition.

The car is beautiful! Those pics are amazing. What's the top speed on the R8 V10? I see the speedo goes up to 220.

R8 is more for the show than speed , a good head turner.
