M Sport?

I see on the UK site for BMW that the M Sport version of the gran coupe costs £4665 more than the SE. What do you actually get for that money other than a slightly differently styled set of bumpers/bit of interior trim? Seems like a lot of cash for trim differences?

(I realise the current offer gets you the M sport pack for free, but I'm curious)

You woken up to this now??!! As it happens, the M-Sport 6GC version has:

ON THE EXTERIOR
1. 19" rims as standard,
2. M-Sport aero parts (bumpers, side skirts),
3. Shadowline exterior trim (or the matt aluminium trim as a no-cost option)
4. Black anodised exhaust tips

ON THE INTERIOR
1. a fantastic retro-styled steering wheel
2. M-Sport illuminated door sills
3. anthracite headlining and aluminium interior trim

The SE Gran Coupe looks fantastic and elegant, but you know you'll want the M-Sport when it drives by - that retro steering wheel is art.

Your also getting the executive and lighting package included.

Not sure if it varies by country, but in the US it also includes:

•BMW Head-up Display
•Adaptive LED Headlights
•Dynamic Digital Instrument Cluster
•Soft-close automatic doors
•20-way comfort seats with active ventilation
•Contrast stitching and leather instrument panel

The contrast stitching is gorgeous.

If you didn't know already, I believe the best option available is called M-Sport Edition, which is M Sport Package PLUS the Executive Package (all the options!) at a bargain price. 640 or 650 plus M Sport Edition (if available in your market) that's the way to go if you don't get the M6!
