Lease Transfer: 2016 BMW M6 Competition Edition

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 1,285.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
I'm entertaining the possibility of transferring my lease. I would like to mod this car, but I don't want to destroy my warranty. I would rather purchase a used 2014 M5 and do what I want without worrying about the warranty.

This is a 2016 BMW M6 Competition Edition 1 of 100. I received an amazing deal at $1,285 per month before tax. This was a sign-and-drive lease 36/10. I have almost 1,500 miles on the car and miles will continue to gradually increase.

I put down $9,800 in MSD's and would require this amount to me, but you'll receive this back at lease completion. As an added incentive to any buyer, I will pay you for every mile I drive at the rate BMW charges per mile when purchased before lease completion. Buyer is also responsible for the lease transfer fee.

35 months remaining
MSRP $167,195
Cap Cost $130,895
Residual I believe was 54 or 55%
MF .00069

Monthly payment is $1,285+tax

I got very lucky with this deal. Thankfully this dealership has some of the best prices. I've seen very high lease payments on Swapalease.

Oh I absolutely love this car, but I have a slight addiction to modding cars. I thought I'd be ok and utilize some self control, but I find myself wanting to go all out again. I'll happily keep the car, but I should have picked up a used M5 to mod instead of leasing a new one. I don't want to ruin the warranty this quickly on a payment like this.

Go with Dinan. It covers the warranty

Why worry? The chances are so slim something would happen if you're smart. Exhaust and intake won't hurt anything and even a conservative tune is fine on a V8 engine with forged internals.

It already has the M Performance Exhaust and I installed MSR intakes. That's not enough for me. I'd rather go with BEF, JB4, meth, clutch, and turbos. Anything less than 800 isn't enough. That's why I'd rather buy used and mod a car with a much lower price point.

It's a hot debate, but I love the way the intakes look and sound.

Braman of Miami gave me $1300 a month for an M3 lease of $85,000 MSRP. What a joke.

Great deal, good luck with your sale.

I was surprised to receive this deal. I was texting with the salesman at 6pm on a Saturday. Suddenly he came back with this number. I was at the dealer a few minutes later. They had the car on the showroom floor for just over a year.
