WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!! My old X6 Spoiler fits the GC?

Guys -

is it me but my old decommission X6 M PERFORMANCE SPOILER seems to fit just right on the Gran Coupe.... I dont know but i think it's a perfect fit..... Now the question is does it look good. I may need to tape it temporally and seat on a chair for a couple of minutes and observe every angle to decide.

I may be going cheap lately and i'm tricking my mind into liking it so that i don't shed $400 on the M6 spoiler.

What do you guys think?? Keep in mind its just sitting on top (not double sided taped).

Get one that is for your car! There are plenty different ones if you think the oem ones are pricey......

Where could i find one thats not over-style? And that's discrete and low profile.

Get the M6 spoiler and put a layer of real carbon fibre on it... Perfect fitment and it looks great! Might have to wait a bit untill you can Order it for the GC.

Thanks. Yeah there are no Spoiler for the GC but i did see like 4 weeks ago one with a spoiler and i suppose it could be this or the M6 spoiler.

As I mentioned in another thread.... check first before ordering. I do not think the M6 spoiler fits the GC's?? I did install it on our 650i however and looks great.! Good Luck

Hey Rush, do you have pics of your Carbon Fiber wrapped spoiler on your F13?? Considered that as our car is also Carbon Black...... I had the spoiler painted as I felt the CF effect would get lost in the darker colors?? Let's see what you have.

Oh, I see............... it used" to be Carbon Black!! Love the wrap, makes the spoiler really stand out. Did you do the mirror covers as well??? How about a sside view, looks great. Frozen Gray wrap??

It's the coupe. Not the GC

Yep, it´s a Coupe and it´s wrapped in graphite matte.

Its an easy mistake to make looking at the rear. The location of the centre brake light is the tell tale sign though. On the GC its under the roof rather then on the tailgate. I think it looks better the way its done on the GC, but they've left it like this on the coupe to keep symmetry with the convertible (obviously you couldn't locate it there on the convertiBle).

That spoiler is overdone!! I like low profile discrete spoiler.
