IMO

The 343s M5's have different wides and offsets. They can be used in many more application that the ones that comes in the M6.

The advantage of M6 343M is that you can install 305/30/20 MPSS tire in rear with manufacturer recommendation spec

But being 10.5" wide and et19, practically you can use them only in an M6 (GC-cabriolet-coupe).

Yeah, those rear wheels are made for the M6, I wanted to get a set for my 650xi MSport but the factory Rear 20" offset on the 373M wheels is 44 and the M6 wheels are 19.
