Combox Retrofit problem

Can someone please assist? I'm trying the Combox retrofit on my BMW M6 and I can't figure out why my vendor doesn't see the Combox. I know it has something to do with my install possibly the wiring. Can anyone one give any recommendations? I have went over my wiring diagrams and they seem correct. Any suggestions is appreciated.
