Slight pause in gear changes after AMS DP

I had my BMW dealer instal AMS Catted DP, and the sound is great.
I have driven it a 1,000 km now and I can feel the car is adjusting to it.
But in lower gears when I push the car aggressively and everything set to Max the gear changes in 1,2,3 are very rough.
It almost feels like my E60 M5 with SMG.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't have upgraded DPs, but I wouldn't imagine they should effect shifting.. With everything set to max the shifts may be a little "rough" but I definitely don't have any pauses or delays (I find the delays in shifting in Comfort/1 modes to be really annoying in contrast).
