To Muffler Delete or not ????

New here and have done research here and on the web about deleting the mufflers on my 2013 650i (non m package) with not much success. I saw one post here of someone who did it but can't open the sound clip.

So finally has someone done it and how good or bad is it??

Thanks

Don't be such a pessimist Palo.. If you are confused Naif, go for it! If you don't like it, just revert back to stock. God forbid someone with a $100k car might lose $200 on an attempt to avoid paying $3k for a useless exhaust system.. Everyone that hears my car drops their jaw on the ground, and someone else just did it and they love it, I am pretty sure it's the OP of this thread. Have fun with your car, that's what the idea of modding is all about

I am the one that did the muffler delete yesterday and it is simply awesome. I was expecting a loud roar and lots of droning but to the contrary. If you are doing normal driving its actually quite mellow and the droning well there is just a little bit, but nothing that really should concern anyone. My M3 with a Turner exhaust by comparison drones a lot more now that I can compare one against the other. I dont see why someone would want to spend thousands on a muffler system when eliminating your stock mufflers will give you a sweet sound all for a couple hundred bucks. Tips just get ebay. Downfourit posted a link to his tips which just by coincidence got hte same ones and they are a perfect fit and look a million times better than factory. Hey dont like it put the mufflers back but once you hear it you will acquire a smile on your face and wont want those mufflers back......

I have a Turner axle back exhaust, which is essentially a muffler delete. Love the sound and would do it again.

Got any side and back pics of them installed? I'm curious to see how far they stick out:
