Problems with electrical seat

I have following problem:

The co driver seat of my 640i convertible starts sometimes moving without touching any button of the electrical seat adjustment! sometimes it also happens, that duirng presson one button totally other things are changing (e.g. want to go backwards and the seat is lifting up!). Memory is also not working at all, red light is not switching on...

I was already three times at the BMW dealer...they can't solve my problem!

Any ideas guys?

It's clearly faulty, you need to persist with your dealer or try another dealer.

It's that or someone is playing tricks on you with the spare key lol

I will try another dealer, that is for sure!

Spare key is in my safe...out of reach to play with...

by the way...the co driver seat is not included in the memory function of the keys as far as i know...

128 views...and nobody had the same problem? Or an idea?

I think that the electrical connection is not ok...or the electrionic module for the seat is damaged...
