6 GC re-trim
Hi,
Just changed my 6 GC for a 6 GC LCI. Nearly got the spec I wanted bar the trim so have wrapped it in black carbon fibre and put black mats in to darken it down a inside as I hadn't realised how white it is in there if you go for ivory leather. any thoughts? |

It would be easier to remove the trim. You can do it without removing the trim, but you'll need a precision knife (exacto knife) to trim the material at the edges and fold it in.
Youtube has a lot of videos of the procedures for both method. You'll see removing the trim will be the easiest. You can buy a trim removal kit (plastic wedge pieces) for $20 on amazon

Hi
The trim under the screen just digs out with trim removal tools. To the right of the steering wheel there's a screw after you pull the plastic side cover off. The doors and the middle consol were harder to get off but i just followed what i found in here: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...rests/F6N7Mgpl |
