BMWUSA.com has added the "Explore" M5 and M6 sections to its website. Along with the new sections chock full of M5/M6 media and information, the F10 M5 Build Your Own configurator has come back online (after a couple weeks outage) and the F13 M6 Coupe configurator is online for the first time.

There was a recent thread saying comfort access is only available in the executive package. When building it on BMWUSA there is no comfort access included in there, so i believe they changed it to just a standard option.

So are soft close doors/trunk really that expensive to fix? I just ask because it's seems that everyone hates that part of the executive package.

Uh, wouldn't that be covered under warranty? Has that option even existed long enough for a significant number of non-warranty claims to come in on the other BMW models that offer it?
