645ci Steam from back of engine cover

Hey guys! Im new to this forum and I'm in need of some advice

I've recently bought a 2004 645ci, and after some recent "enthusiastic" driving there was a small amount of steam rising up from behind the back of the engine cover ( none at the front)! I have checked the coolant and oil levels and they are both at the normal level with no leaks! oil temperature is also fine, And there are no warning lights on the dash board!
Just wanted to know if this is anything to worry about?

Please help!

If there is steam then it is coolant, which would mean there is a leak somewhere in there and it's most likely the valve cover or head gasket. Just take it into a shop and have it checked out, better safe than sorry.
