21" or 22" rims? tire size?
hi guys. So i am deciding between 22" rims or 21" rims. i love hunters rims which are 21" not sure on his offsets though.
what do you guys recommend for rim size? in 22" i have tons more options for tires (all seasons are more available). anyone have some pictures of 22" rims on there m6? seems like most guys here run 21" rims. thanks for the help!

Most everyone runs 21s or 20s. 22s are too big and will give you the "bling bling" look which is cheesy. Most places are not going to openly disclose the offsets. Find a place that makes the wheels to fit and all they need is your year/make/model.
You can get the wheels Hunter has for a pretty reasonable price. They are made by Vorsteiner. One you get into the 3 piece or higher end wheels like HRE and ADV1 things get ridiculously pricey real quick. Brian |

IMO dont think 22's should even be an option for this car. 21's are the way to go. really sets the car off and theres no rubbing even with a drop. 20s are okay with a drop but 21s make the car look so much more aggressive and beastly.

Also ADV.1s and HREs are expensive but there specifically made for the car so it fills in perfectly. Almost every wheel that isnt made to order will need spacers cause your wheels will be tucked in the fenders and it wont look right. So you kinda get what you pay for when it comes to the set you choose. I switched from and off brand wheel to a set of ADV.1s and couldnt be more happier with how they look

Tire size which you cant go wrong is 305s in the back and 265s in front. Michelin pilot super sports seem to be the choice but there are people running pirellis. Theres a couple members that ive seen run 325s in the back and looks amazing.

22s are just a big no no when it comes to this vehicle. I don't know how it happens- but It "cheapens" the vehicle? Not sure how it happens- But it just does.
I'm considering ADVs next for my 16 model. Here are my current 360 forged rims (21s & on stock comp package suspension)
