Thanks for the referral to Eric. We'll be down in Southern California in about two weeks, so I just made an appointment for the CQuartz Finest to be applied over my Prestige Films Clear Guard Nano paint protection. It should be interesting.
I do have one question though. Has anyone tried the CQuartz on the wheels? Does it help with brake dust?

Yes I got Cquartz on the wheels. It's a different product than the one that goes on your paint. The one that goes on the wheel is called Cquartz Dlux. It can withstand more heat, but doesn't last two years like Cquartz Finest. Eric told me it should last about a year. Spraying the wheels with water gets most of the brake dust off.

I'm sure they'd have options for a frozen paint right?

Well... I used to have Irvine BMW wash my car until they curbed my car and put some rashes on wheels... however they fixed it for me Then I used to go to hand car wash but they still had some automatic touch less machines while my car was travelling on the rails... they put some rashes too... Now I am looking for a full hand wash place in Irvine ...

We have a handwash in my office building (Former Yahoo Center now called Colorado center). They're decent, but still too quick of an operation to trust a black car to unless you don't care about swirls. When I'm in the hills I stop by Lavaggio which is a pretty incredible/borderline-ridiculous facility. Looks like a plastic surgery clinic for cars. Their lowest level of service is more of a detail than a wash, and can be time consuming - so there's a full lounge, tv, computers, and they include lunch. They've done full details on some of my previous cars and did a great job, but now that I have cquartz I don't really need any waxing done. |

WOSH has a few different levels of service, but I normally go for the basic cheap wash. 24 bucks. w tip 30 bucks. The guy takes about 40 mins for this.
