Exclamation Lease payment for M6 help!

What would be the lease payment for a 2015 M6 GC?

Can anyone help me? Could you explain how you get the numbers? The total MSRP of the car is 135k. I'm looking to getting an '15 M6 GC before the '16 comes out...

Thanks a bunch!

All you need to know
http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1084623

Oh and residuals on the 2015 are 53/55/56 (36 months 15K, 12K, 10K).

And your taxes... I think Texas might still be one of the states that taxes leases on the price of the car - so you would add your taxes to the purchase price if you will (cap cost).

If you read the thread doug_999 posted, I have posted a formula on thread that dealers use. All you have to do is to put numbers in that formula and it works like a champ
I even posted an example of payment for a 100k car at 90k capital cost

Now as a quick calculation:
With tier 1 Credit if you lease a 135k M6 for 36 months/10k your payment would be ~1900 + tax
If you negotiate and get 15k off MSRP, your payment would be ~1500 +tax
If you negotiate and get 20k off MSRP, your payment would be ~1350 +tax

This is the beauty of negotiation on high dollar cars in case of lease payment.
with 20k off MSRP you can lease a 135k car for the capital cost of 115k.

Now see how payment would be if you lease a 115k car at sticker price:
For a 115 car at sticker price point with no discount and those numbers (36 months, 10k, 56%) your monthly payment is ~1650 +tax

So your monthly payment for a 135k M6 (almost fully loaded) with 20k discount is ~300 less than a 115k M6 (basic) with no discount

and as mentioned, don't forget this crappy fact (since I think you live in TX)

http://www.leaseguide.com/articles/texas-auto-lease/

(IL used to be the same, they just changed as of Jan 1- yea baby! Because on a $115K car that is like a $4,200 savings over three years!)

59% on the 2015 for 10K. Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 15K
59/61/62

58% on the 2016 for 10K.

Thanks! Although I am guessing you have it backwards though right? Residual should go up with less mileage.

CA today told me the 2016 residuals are actually 2% lower than 2015... any truth to that?
