New UK 640i Coupe owner, looking for rear lip spoiler

Hi all, very pleased to be back in a BMW!

Collected a 2017 640i Msport coupe at the weekend, and what a great car! Bought it from BMW dealer so came with 12month warranty etc. and only 23k miles! Seems to have most of the option boxes ticked, so not sure there's much left to do on it.

But...

I do think it would benefit from a (small) lip spoiler - I'm thinking c/f or gloss black to break up the white. My issue is finding one that I like!

This would be ideal

Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler for BMW 6-Series [F06/F13] M6 Style BMTS1301

but I've only found advertised in the US - anyone know of somewhere I could try in UK/Europe?

I'm also considering doing the front grilles, but still undecided!

Thanks in advance for any help!

Congratulations on the new to you 6 series. Looks lovely in white.

IMHO I would leave all those stick on aftermarket chins, bibs and spoilers where they belong….
BMW designed our cars near perfectly so the additions of these items certainly adds no dynamic advantages or performance benefits to the car.
Just look at your stunning vehicle…. imo it needs nothing added to it. Enjoy your 6 series and save the money you’d spend on those superfluous and frankly pointless things for when you do need it. Ie service the car regularly and ensure you ditch the awful RFT and go find some good Michelins or Contis.
Cheers

Thanks for feedback. I take your point and I'm certainly going to be restrained, but I do think something subtle will look OK - we shall see!

It will look great, carbon fiber would be my choice but black would look killer too. If you want black go on eBay and just get the factory m6 style which is even thinner then the one you posted but looks very nice, about 100usd. Might also consider matching your front fender markers/turn signals. Front grills can be found on Amazon for about 50usd, dual slat black and other no m logo.

So, after a LOT of looking, I decided the oem BMW carbon lip was what I wanted. Found a couple on ebay @ c.£600. Then found someone selling a used one for £440....Then found one in Italy for £200! Had my doubts but looked legit so went for it! Arrived yesterday and it certainly looks the part. Has BMW tag on reverse, looks the same as the genuine ones I found at dealers, and fit was spot on.

Anyway, it may be a very good copy or it may be a bargain, but bottom line is I'm very happy!
