One big improvement for 2015 is the touchpad iDrive controller. It works well for text entry. The voice entry for addresses actually worked too!
I'm looking at a coupe but the dealer had a few '14 GCs, and I noticed the older iDrive.

The 2015s also have the HK stereo as stock (which should be an improvement?). So you may not need the B&O option (never listened to the stock 2014 stereo - just guessing). Also the non M Sport has the sport exhaust now like the M sport.
The touch controller seems to get mixed reviews -some love it, some don't find it worth the time. The real reason for a 2015 is the resale vs. the 14.

I have the touch controller in my 2014 535i, I've never used it. I'm left handed and don't scribe well as it is. Worthless feature for me.
My dealer has told me they have 2014 Gran coupe (2 door) for $20k off MSRP. |

I have one with and one without...honestly it wasn't worth the difference in price at the time. But now it seems like they're blowing out 2015s with the touchpad so I would aim for $15k off and see what happens. I contacted over 70 dealers before I got my deal at over $15k off.

I took delivery of my 15 640i GC back in 11/30 and I got 8K off msrp. MSRP was 85K and change. I'll also be getting 1k rebate from BMWCCA but I'm not sure 10K would be possible for a 2015. Maybe for a 2014, they were blowing those out but they didn't have the color combo I wanted. FMMV

I took deliver of my '15 M6GC (with comp pack) back on 8/30 and I got nearly $18k off a sticker of ~ $138k. I guess it just depends on how aggressive that particular dealership is and how quickly they want to turn over their inventory.

I got about $12k off the sticker on a '14 650ix Gran Coupe back at the end of Sept on a trade of my '12 550i. Wasn't my initial color choice or interior but wasn't too bad and Carbon Black Metallic and Cinnamon Brown interior has grown on me. Makes the car look different than other BMW color combos out there and M Sport is a definite nice touch.
As for the New touchpad isn't much of an item for me..had a similar one in an '12 A7 and while it was nice touch it didn't make or break my vehicle experience. Nice to have but if not wouldn't sweat it. Oh yeah also got a nice $1k check from BMW CCA about 45 days later to sweeten the deal. I'd probably expect less on an '15 GC however. But dealers should definitely be willing to deal for any '14 left on the lot for sure. You may have to search a bit but they are out there for sure.

You must have found someone really wanting to get rid of that then. I said screw it and went for the 2014 M6 GC for $20k off MSRP. There was a lone dealer who was willing to take this much off a 2014......most were around $16k (including Chicago dealers). I can't see any of these dealers being close to taking that much off MSRP on a 2015 model. You definitely got a good deal.

I got $12k off MSRP back in March for my 650GC. Seems pretty normal to get that much off.
