Windscreen washers help

Hi all, just wondered if someone could help me out. I've got a 2012 640d coupe and the windscreen washers don't work. The pump is working but I feel there may be a blockage in the line somewhere. How do you access the fluid bottle?! I know the filler is just above the wheel arch but then it disappears via the tube under the car somewhere. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful!!

Thanks, Mark.

Sounds like the strainer is gummed up with rubbish.
