Free Sat Radio for period of time?

New F12 - did anyone get free Sat Radio for a period of time? I thought I heard/read that you get one year or one period of time free for sat?

Yeah it's one year free... you have to call them to set it up for you

You call Sirius? Ok - guess I'll give that a try- assumed I could activate it via the car.

Dealer shouldve set it up for you when you picked up the car.

I asked the dealer for a 'light touch'... i have not yet called to set it up because I'm not 100% I would ever use it.. I stream I-Radio or listen to Audible 100% of the time currently.

you got nothing to lose by setting it up. they don't get a credit card or anything for auto-renewel and it just dies out after one year, though they'll gently contact you via mail and email to ask you to renew.

Wondering out loud if there is an expiration .. ie do you need to activate within x days of in service day?
