6 Series Facelift...

Hi All,
Anyone knows when 6 will have a facelift?
Grill/Headlights integrated?

I'd imagine any LCI will be next Model Year (e.g. 2015).

I think lci is out already. I went to dealer yesterday and the dash was different and lights? It was a July build. Had a all digital dash no speedometer needles. And led lights I think ck it out

Nope, that's the 2014 M sport Edition which is standard with the digital dash - this is not a LCI.

I have it on good authority that the 6-series will have a very minor LCI in March 2014. It will feature updated lights and not much else, and not apply to the M6. This is also the reason why iDrive Touch was left out for 6-series: it was saved to have something of interest to add in an otherwise almost imperceptible LCI. Or so I was told.

What do you mean by updated lights? Are they changing to the continuous-with-the-grills styling that's permeating through the line-up (3, 4, X5), or am I envisioning too big of a change for this LCI. Making that change would completely change the look of this car - and they didn't do that for the F10's LCI. Just curious.

Do you know if that is standard for m sport 2014 editions for the gran coupe? I was always thinking that the M sport doesnt really seem that worth it on the gran coupe version, but with this thats another juicy tidbit.

I do not like the digital dash...I still prefer actual speedometers...if that, then we're no different than M-B?!!!
The headlight/grill integration as souther6er mentioned is the new generation of BMW's design and all newer models are going to that direction. With your good points above, I started to think twice on whether BMW would introduce the headlight/grill integration in a facelift. Just like the new 5 series (and GT) facelift which is still like the older model. I think they will save the integration for an "all new" design to create a momentum.
With this new integration happening, the existing models that do not share the integration, are being considered the "older" Gen if you will...and that makes it hard for some buyers to purchase an older design...at least this is my thought...i'm sure not a lot of people share this idea...

No chance in March 2014. It's too early for 6-series F06/F12/F13 . It must be four years ( 7-series F01/F02/F03 , X6 E71 and 5-series F07/F10/F11)
So it will be 1Q 2015 or 4Q 2014

The new 2 series 2015 is without headlight/grill integration. Very similar to 6-series
