f06 active raditor grille delete

has any one done this before? reason im thinking to delete it is my 640d runs at coolant temp~98c which seems too hot for me(even oil temp seems good at 100c) my 320d f30 only stays at 89c.

any suggssion about it? how hot is ur 640d or any n57 diesel runs.
