I have previously read that people talk about the car having a raked / sloping look, but personally i'm happy how she sits.

Additionally, she's riding the 20 inch 373M wheels and with the runflats pretty hard on small silly bumps but that is more of a solid rubber tyre knocking against a bump rather than the car bouncing or being to spine breaking (Hope that made sense).

Once the tyres and wheels get changed, i don't envisage any issues.

Definately looks more aggressive on the road and feelings more planted around sweeping bends.

Hi mate
Let me know if you sell your OEM 20s, I'm after a set at the minute

Cheers

Hey Rufus, i do actually have who i have offered first refusal too, but i will let you know if he doesn't come through.

I am actually lining up my new wheels. They are currently in production and i'm pretty excited

As for further work on the car, i stuck with BMW and went with this bad boy today!

Smile for the camera

Awwwww i knew you had it in you! Bringing out the softer side to the 6post members

So back to motoring matters!
I genuinely feel that since the tune my cars MPG has risen. Now call me mad but i do ALOT OF MILEAGE.... REALLY I DO.... and i managed to get 49.3MPG over 161 miles over 2hr41 mins drive averaging 61.4 mph.

Yes granted i was on eco pro and cruise around 73 but i finished the journey :

206 miles 48.9MPG averaging 58.7 due to average speed cameras along the M5 and M6 - All this with my car telling me it was good for another 571 miles! The red fuel bar hadn't even moved. Though with that said, after i went back to driving around town bla bla bla i ended on 614 miles before filling up.
So i am assuming at this point that my GC will give me 700+ miles on a smooth cruise motorway run. Brilliant!

Yes defo Taz it's a great transformation. Love the torque oh and congrats
My mpg has risen too on one 160 mile drive with a ave speed of 60mph it managed 56.6 mpg.
Only just over 3 weeks till my road trip to the Algarve so looking forward to what it can get on a full tank of non stop driving etc.

Couple questions from me:

How much is the Evolve map?
How do you like the camera? Just front or rear too?
Have you hard wired it?
Does it begin recording with ignition etc. and what about if car is hit while parked, does it capture this footage like some other car cams?

Thanks

Can you weigh the old and new rims? The stock rims seem to be very heavy, I'd be interested to know how much lighter the forged rims are.
Cheers

The Evolve tune is £599
I just went for the front camera at this point - Simply put. Great investment - Great video quality - Not yet tested the mic as have it off due to the music drowing it out.
Yes hard wired.
Yep starts with ignition. Has impact and motion recording while car is parked.

Cheers.

I will most likely do this, but do bare in mind my new wheels differ considerably in spec to the OEM wheels..... around 3 weeks before arrival.

Cheers

Very interested to see this thread as you're doing all the things I'd love to do on my GC.

Congratulations on the engagement!

Where is the code for the door lights on when unlocking? I tried but couldn't find it (also hoping might be able to get the lights on when reversing like the F30 can?)
