Meisterschaft Lxr Pipe questions

Been kicking around whether to get the Lxr pipe or downpipes or both.

Just wanted to get some thoughts on it in regards to sound inrease and what the overall opinion is. Id much rather just get the Lxr pipe by itself without downpipes but is it worth the upgrade without adding downpipes?

Thanks

I have a friend who had the axle back installed and it was not loud enough so he added the LXR pipes and it got louder but it still wasn't to his satisfaction. These cars aren't easy to get a crazy sound from. We will be adding down pipes to his car soon and I can schedule for you to hear it if you like. Let me know.

I would hold off on the Midpipes. Save the money and Do catless downpipes + a simple resonator delete. I can guarantee you will be happy with the sound.

I had the mid pipes on my 550i and it was very loud. I'd do it. I did it, because I didn't want to mess with the downpipes and tuning (or lack there of) for it.

Do the LXR pipes for sure.
The down pipes turn it into a whole new monster !! But, check engine light will be on..

I have both sections on my car and LOVE how it sounds. I'm not sure if the car is any louder because of the Comp Package, but this thing definitely roars. I would do both if I were you.
