[VIDEO CLIP] Eisenmann Race + Mid-Pipes + Catless DPs [VIDEO CLIP]
Below is a video clip of my 2013 M6 F13 w/ Eisenmann Race + Eisenmann Mid-Pipes + Motive Concepts Catless DPs. The sound in the video doesn't do it justice at all but gives you an idea of what it sounds like -- in person it's simply amazing. The setup is very loud, raspy, and just plain wicked! You can hear the turbos spooling down after the revs which is pretty neat.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the setup and this has to be the best mod I have done to the car. The beautiful sound that these cars can make is simply amazing -- hope my neighbors are understanding.

The gauge arrived yesterday. I have family coming into town next week so it probably won't be until the following week that I install the AFR.
I think I am going to hang on to the stock DPs for now. My reasoning is if/when I sell the car I am not sure the average person will want it this loud and/or they live in a state with emission controls. |

Take off and fly by vids will be coming. Took some time to research some good mics for the GoPro this morning. I want to make sure I capture the snap, crackle, pop of this bad boy.

One more clip backing into parking garage.
Switching from a catted system w/ resonators to a decatted system w/o resonators really changes the whole sound of the Eisenmann Race mufflers. With cats and resonators you get a very low, deep, resonating, drone sound from the exhaust. Without cats and resonators the whole thing changes as you can clearly hear the turbos spooling and the drone/resonating sound is gone -- it's more of a very fierce, angry, and raspy sound. When you are cruising in the car it's actually quieter than w/ cats and resonators (no resonating drone) but when you hammer the throttle it lights up the sound like one angry SOB.

Question....
I currently have the axle-back race exhaust. How much louder will the car get, if I add the mid-pipes? |
