Matte bronze CLS with Performance Pack for me. And when the tuners really start getting wild, the extra 1.1 liters of displacement will be huge.

No denigrating comments about the bimmerang on the Benz quarter panel? 4500 lbs, why not just buy a Monster Truck?
That being said, I've made my decision. And it is...Neither Nor. |

Why would they put that steering wheeling in the M6GC and not the M5 wheel? Don't like it...3 seris parts bin thing....otherwise...everything else is perfect.

The CLS wins on the exterior for me, but the interior goes to the BMW. The Benz is a porker though...why is it so heavy. You'd also think with a liter more in displacement it should squeeze out a few more ponies.

Had the opportunity to see the 650i GC at BMW Welt, the M6 and the Merc CLS at Mercedes HQ in Stuttgart...
Although the Merc may be the torque monster and tbh it will sound better (no surprise here) the overall package of the M6 GC is just better for me. In my opinion the person who buys such cars, apart from the performance figures, will consider their looks and the pleasure of driving them. We all know the potential of the M6...not to mention the looks of this shark Looking forward for some reviews and battles of these 2 cars |

95k for a CLS AMG??? that is so cheap for a car like that... that same AMG here in panama costs 100k MORE... that is a ridiculous price for that car... wouldnīt think twice to buy one.. so incredibly cheap.. you guys from US canīt complain.. here i think the base price for de 350 is 85k... fully loaded cost the same as the AMG in US...

BMW did an amazing job with the 6 GC. Having said that, I think the Merc has more of a presence on the road than the 6 (though my opinion may change when I see the M variant on the road).
In terms of styling, I like the CLS front much more than the 6 (not to say the 6 isn't nice). But the Merc has nothing on the 6 GC's ass. I mean GODDAMN!!! Looking at the 6's tail is like staring at a supermodel's behind LOL. Also, pictures and videos DO NOT do these cars justice at all. One must really see these vehicles in person to truly appreciate their beauty (both BMW & Merc..... eff Audis and their slower than evolution designs LOL). If price wasn't an issue, I'd probably go with the M6 GC though... just hope they stick with hydraulic steering on this masterpiece. Last edited by nautilus5; 12-12-2012 at 04:00 PM.. |

CLS's front is one of the best looking on the road these days. I love em.
